Student Withdrawl Process

We understand that circumstances may arise that require a student to withdraw from Life Christian Academy (LCA). We are here to guide you through the withdrawal process and ensure a smooth transition for both students and their families.

Step 1: Notification
Welcome to the Transcript Request Page at Life Christian Academy (LCA). We are delighted to assist you in obtaining your academic records. Please follow the steps below to request your transcripts:

Step 1: Request Form
If you need to withdraw your student from LCA, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting the school office or by submitting a written notice to the Principal's Office. Please include the following information:

  • Student's full name
  • Grade level
  • Date of withdrawal
  • Reason for withdrawal

Step 2: Meeting with School Administration
Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, our school administration will schedule a meeting with you and your child (if applicable). This meeting is an opportunity to discuss the withdrawal process, address any concerns, and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided.

Step 3: Return of School Property
Before the withdrawal process is finalized, it is important to return all school property, including textbooks, library books, and any other items that belong to the school.

Step 4: Academic Records and Transcripts
If your child is transferring to another school, we will assist you in providing the necessary academic records and transcripts to the receiving school. Please allow sufficient time for this process, as it may take a few days to prepare the documents.

Step 5: Settle Financial Obligations
Ensure that all financial obligations to LCA are settled before the withdrawal is complete. This includes tuition, fees, and any outstanding balances.

Step 6: Student Exit Interview
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we may request a brief exit interview with the withdrawing student (if age-appropriate). This provides valuable feedback that helps us enhance our programs and services.

Step 7: Farewell and Best Wishes
We bid farewell to our students with warm wishes for their future endeavors. We are grateful for the time they have spent at LCA and wish them success in their educational journey wherever it may lead.

We understand that withdrawing from LCA is a significant decision, and we are here to provide support and guidance throughout the process. Thank you for being a part of the LCA community, and we wish you and your family all the best in your future endeavors.
